Helpdesk Support
IT Support Specialist
Full-Time Johor Bahru Fresh Grads Welcome
Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote desktop tools
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and OS issues for clients
  • Log, track, and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to onsite engineers or senior technical team when necessary
  • Maintain a client-facing knowledge base and document resolved cases
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and common office software
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Patient, customer-oriented, and able to handle pressure calmly

Onsite Engineer
Field IT Engineer
Full-Time Johor Bahru Field Work
Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware including PCs, printers, POS systems, and network equipment
  • Deploy and troubleshoot structured cabling (LAN), Wi-Fi, and fiber optic networks at client premises
  • Install and configure CCTV systems, door access control, and ELV solutions
  • Conduct preventive maintenance visits and document service reports after each site visit
  • Coordinate with helpdesk team and project managers to deliver projects on time
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with network cabling, hardware installation, or CCTV systems is an advantage
  • Possess own transport and valid driving licence (must be willing to travel within Johor and occasionally other states)
  • Physically fit, self-motivated, and able to work independently at client sites
  • Fresh graduates are welcome — technical training and certification support provided
